Permanent Homes Information

• Cost 5 GD per month. Clear date is the day listed.

• Only 6 perm homes may be occupied at a time.

• Permanent Gardens are not available at this time.

Permanent Home Rules

• You may only own one permanent home at a time. Please give other people a chance. For more information or questions, contact someone on the management team or higher.

• You may pay for several months in advance if you wish, but you may or may not be allowed to pay late!

• If you forfeit your perm you may NOT give it to someone else unless cleared by management or higher beforehand. This is unfair to others on the list, who may have waited longer. If you forfeit your home, it will go back up for sale unless previously discussed.

• If you own one and you no longer want it, you may get a refund for the remaining time from Treeki.

• Failure to use the permanent home or bad behavior in dream by the perm owner or its key holders may result in the removal of said permanent home, or management may refuse to take a renewal fee for it. We may also deny you the right to perm homes in the future. (If your permanent home is taken away, you will be refunded GD equivalent to the time remaining on the home.)

• Bad Behavior may also result in your removal from the list.

• After your permanent home is decorated, you will need to ask the owner to save it for you, otherwise it will be cleared, or reverted back to its previous decorated state, upon a reload.

• To get a perm home, you must ask at the desk to be put on the list. Please ask a member of the executive, or have a staff member contact them for you.

• Continuous complaints concerning perms, insulting perm owners, or causing problems with anything concerning them will result in you being blacklisted (meaning you will not be allowed onto the waiting list or transferred ownership of current perms).

• You are responsible for keeping up with when payment is due. Staff members will NOT warn you upon due date. We have several perms and it's too much of a hassle to keep track. If you are past due date, and have not paid, staff hold the right to delete your perm, and you will be put back on the list at the bottom upon request.

• ^ - People with this beside their names were unresponsive when contacted or unavailable, or have been inactive for the past 2 weeks.

• ! - People with this beside their names are waiting to be heard from  (aka: getting payment)

• # - People with this beside this names have inactive for over a month and were skipped. These people are moved to the bottom of the list.

• If you are inactive from the dream for two months, you will be moved to the 'recently removed' list. If you wish to be re-added, you'll have to start over. If you'd like to know why, please contact a staff member.
